As directed by the trainer, this should not be done if you are just starting to workout, have a bad back and/or a weak core. Unfortunately I do have two of those, but I tried it anyway. THIS IS TOUGH. The hardest part of this exercise for me was after the rock up–trying to keep my legs from hitting the floor like a sack of potatoes! I have never seen a move like this before so I would take extreme caution when trying! Gotta love the tough ones!
