West Village

The West Village is one of my favorite areas in New York, and if you’ve ever walked around there I’m certain you’ll understand why. Every street is basically gorgeous, there’s lots of green, plenty of hip stores & cute restaurants and every beautiful apartment makes you want to move to New York immediately, if not sooner. On this particular sunny day we indulged in a delicious cupcake from the famous Magnolia bakery (one of my New York favorites) and simply wandered the West Village streets – talk about a lovely way to spend your afternoon. I wore my new super warm Marc by Marc Jacobs wool sweater that I picked up on sale at Century 21 – a bit of a hectic place to say the least, but still worth a visit for all the designer goods you can score at a discount.
