I love this in-between time of year.. cautiously planning my spring/summer outfits from the comfort of my cosy jumper. it was so mild this week I skipped the coat and took the brave step of not wearing half a dozen layers for a whole afternoon.. go me!

a jumper paired with jeans is a pretty simple outfit so I figured I'd dress it up a little with these swanky nude heels from daniel footwear. heels? yes even trainer wearing me thinks a good pair of nude shoes is an wardrobe staple especially for spring summer!

..and lets take a minute to appreciate this bering watch -by far my favourite in my collection and one I'm struggling to stop james pinching whenever my back is turned! note to self- don't pick a unisex watch again.
