Soothing Sugar Scrub Tag Printable. This DIY scrub has vaporizing essential oils that are so comforting when you’re under the weather. Print and attach the “Be Well” tag for a wonderful handmade Get Well gift!
I love making sugar scrubs! They’re so easy and useful. Plus, it’s really fun coming up with different scent combos. This one is similar to a certain vaporizing rub you can find in stores. I buy my Essential Oils on Amazon or at the local health food store.
When I’m suffering from a cold or other illness this is my go-to scrub to use in the shower. Not only is it soothing, it’s moisturizing and exfoliating too!
I like to put a few drops of each of these oils in our humidifier when we’re sick as well.
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup jojoba oil (Coconut, Olive, or Avocado oil will work as well. I used this jojoba oil.)
- 3/4 cup sugar (I use this evaporated cane juice sugar for it’s coarser texture. We buy the 10 lb bags at Costco for about $10.)
- 4 drops Peppermint Oil
- 6 drops Eucalyptus Oil
- 10 drops Camphor Oil
In a glass bowl, combine oil and sugar with a fork. Mix in oils until well combined. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.
This should keep for at least a month or several depending on which oils you use (but mine never lasts that long!)

Just print on cardstock, cut, hole punch, and tie onto a jar for a nice little Get Well gift. I use these 4oz mason jars for gifting.
