FOOD | 7 ways with Exante pizza

Not gonna lie, before getting this Exante Pizza Kit in my hands, I'd never heard of the brand before. Well, not surprising really - it's rather healthy and complex for the little me. But hey - now me & Justin had the chance to give this super duper kit a go, we love it (for a quick snack that is, not as a fancy dinner replacement, tut tut) and we came up with 7 different ways how to make the Exante pizza a little bit more interesting and a tad tastier!

First of all I guess you might want a brief intro to the brand and the products. Exante pizza is a diet pizza (it contains extra vitamins and minerals and can help you loose weight) which is super easy to make. It comes in a kit of 7 - each 'pizza' is made up of 2 sachets. One is the dough mix and the other one is the tomato sauce. Mix them with water, shove the dough in the oven for 10 minutes, slap on some tomato sauce and you're ready to munch! Now a pizza with just some tomato sauce is a little boring - therefore I suggest you try adding some of the following (can't guarantee it will be a diet pizza after addin' these, erm, just sayin!):

1 ham & cheese 2 mushrooms, spinach & mozzarella (yum! my favourite) 3 tuna, anchovies & olives 4 egg & salt/pepper (raise the sides a little so the egg sits in nicely) 5 spinach & broccoli with cheese on top 6 pineapple & ham 7 strawberries, bananas & cinnamon sugar (leave out the tomato sauce, doh!)
Now the pizzas taste rather delicious (not sure about the weight loss but one fills you up quite a lot!) - what I love the most is that they are so easy to make! And so quick! It only takes 10 minutes and it's done. Just don't forget - when you're adding your ingredients, take the pizza out after 5 minutes, slap the ingredients on and then return to the over for another 5 minutes so the ingredients warm up too.

You can get the Exante diet pizza kit here.

Have you ever tried these little instant pizzas? Or any Exante products?
