Keep Calm And Go For A Run...

What a lovely day for a run!?! The sun was shining brightly so I made sure I had time to get out for a run today. I am happy to get back out running without limping after my fall on Sunday. 3 miles done today so on with my training plans!!


Good thing to, as swimming would cost me a fortune! Somewhere between the pool and home on Monday I lost my swim suit! Not that I lost it bugs me, where I lost it !?! I know I wore it... lol..

It was my daughters parents evening tonight and turns out my daughter surprised everyone today being good at... Cricket... First time they tried it today and I found out she was really good at it.. Bless her, she is so proud of herself but says she was just lucky..

My run : On it like a car bonnet!! My son hates me saying this so I us it as a bit of banta!

Can't beat wearing a Micky mouse top!!
