Need a fall project?
Now is the time to collect together projects for the fall – dare I say – winter. You want to do something new, fresh, fabulous! Don’t you?!
Well – there’s a new kid in town, ready to help you put it all together. Leah Ondra has a fantastic new store in Rockland, Clemetine! (Don’t you just love that name??)

Threadplay
Leah’s personality is clearly reflected in the style and offerings of the store. Her passion for fabrication and fashion and color began as a child . As a kid she loved to play dress up and yes, she insists, “you can still play dress up”. She is inspired by the many local crafts persons in the area to create garments for herself and others. “We love to talk about crafting and sewing. We are so happy to answer your questions and see your finished projects.” Leah is energetic and very aware of current trend.
Not just for quilting fabric
Clementine carries an extensive array of fabrics, including “not just for quilting” cottons, great for pillows and curtains. (I just love this yellow and gray colorway with just a hint of retro vibe.)
Laminated fabric for projects
And where else can you possibly get laminated fabrics such as this?! Leah suggests using it for small gifts such as casserole covers or make-up pouches. I think they would be great as a tablecloth for outdoor parties or just something fun for the kids – and no sew too!
Bakers twine at Clementine
Maybe you don’t really love the sewing thing but love to bake. They carry bakers twine to wrap little gifts of love.
