Mie dolci amiche, oggi vi mostrerò un outfit invernale elegante, per chi vuole apparire senza soffrire a causa delle temperature glaciali. Passato il capodanno, suggerisco di stare per un po’ alla larga da lustrini e paillettes, protagonisti delle festività, e di optare per soluzioni alternative. Per una cerimonia di inaugurazione pomeridiana ho scelto quindi un maxi-dress dal sapore anni ’70, abbinandolo ad una cappa in eco-pelliccia color marsala (il colore dell’anno secondo Pantone, come anticipato in questo post). Non ho mai indossato un maxi-dress in inverno, ma quando ho visto questo me ne sono innamorata. Che ne pensate dolcetti? Avete un go-to outfit elegante invernale?

My sweet sweet friends, today I’m showing an elegant winter outfit, for those of you beauties who want to dress smartly without freezing. Here in Northern Italy the temperatures are a handful of degrees under 0°. After New Year’s Eve I suggest avoiding paillettes and sparkles, righteously ubiquitous throughout the festive season, and looking for suitable alternatives. For an after-noon opening ceremony I chose a maxi-dress with a 70s’ allure and I styled it with a marsala faux-fur cape ( marsala is the colour of the year according to Pantone, in case you missed this post). I have never rocked a maxi-dress in Winter, but it was love at first sight when I spotted this one at a sale. What about you sweethearts? Do you have a go-to elegant winter outfit?
