A Day In the Life

Are you a super nosey person?

I am. It’s awful. Since I stay at home, I only get to be nosey when I creep friend’s Facebook profiles. Which, btw, is delicate work. I always feel like I’m in one of those spy movies where they have to maneuver over all the lasers that criss cross the room. I mean, there’s nothing worse than accidentally hitting “like” on a photo that is 58 weeks old, am I right?

Since my husband goes to work every day, I rely on him for most of my information from the outside. And I can tell you that it’s a horrible system. He asks ZERO follow-up questions. I’m like, “well did he say what she said after he told her?” and he’s like, “no, I didn’t ask.”

How can a person not ask follow up questions when gossip is involved? I don’t get it. I really don’t.

On the offchance that you’re a Nosey Nellie like me, I’m sharing my day-to-day routine on Rachel Cooks as part of her A Day In the Life series.

I can assure you that my day-to-day is not particularly interesting, and I did omit the chunks of time that are spent online shopping, Facebook stalking people from my phone, and eating cookies over the sink.

I don’t know, eating them over the sink makes it feel like the calories go away.

But I do get asked quite often about my schedule and how I manage a toddler, running a household, and working from home, so this post kind of explains it. Spoiler alert: It requires a ton of outside help.

Thanks for reading, friends! Have a happy Thursday.
