Shiseido Integrate Perfect Cover Eye Base & Concealer Review

I quite like Shiseido Integrate – the brand is underrated really, as they have some brilliant mascara and base products but in the sea of much louder Japanese brands, it gets lost. I recently purchased this product which is both an eye base and concealer to save time.

I am quite lazy using concealer and I shouldn’t be – my eye bags!

So half of this product is a cream concealer and the other half is a powder. I use the concealer under my eye then the powder to set and also over my lid as a quick base.

There is only one shade to this concealer and it is pretty light – lighter than I would choose for myself but it doesn’t look too odd once blended in with the rest of my make up. If you are darker than me at NC30-35 I wouldn’t recommend this product, it’s too light. The powder is a light shimmery cream beige but the shimmer isn’t obvious thankfully.

The cream is not too thick, not too thin. It blends in nicely to cover, AND because its not too heavy did a rather good job of not settling into fine lines, I problem I always have,

Swatches:

I’ve really liked using this product recently – and lets face it concealer under the eye makes everyone look better.

I also found the powder nice and light and works well to prevent any creasing. I used it as a base on my lid and I do think it improved the adherence of powder and cream shadows…it made my cream shadow drag a little, as expected but once it was on, it really stayed on all day so I think it is indeed a good dual use product.

On my eyes:

Despite not being that yellow when swatched (more beige) it seems to cover discolouration like brown areas well too! I quite like that it does it all for my eye area.

I paid about £11 pounds for this with shipping from eBay (seller: Alphabeauty).
