Tiny House Love

I have found the coolest tiny house on wheels EVER, in my opinion. The design of this home blows my mind and the cost was only $22,000. It's amazing how compact, organized, functional, and beautiful this house is.

I see so many design elements in this home that are very similar to ideas I have for a tiny house. It's really cool to see them right in front of me in a house that someone is living in already! (Great minds do think alike.) For instance, the BESTA IKEA cabinets that line a wall for great storage. Not only would it be a cool catwalk for my kitties, it's a perfect place for plants or maybe a collection that you precious thought you couldn't keep because of "space". What a great place to create a beautiful display. Always think vertical!

The kitchen is bigger then most apartment kitchens! I always say that if I was to build and design my own tiny house on wheels, the kitchen would still be large. (Large for a tiny house anyways!) This kitchen is exactly how I would design mine. We spend most of our time in our kitchen, we love coffee, and enjoy cooking. I can give up all the rest! We all can't live in something as tiny, so how about a cute bungalow? This house below was featured on Small House Swoon, the Berkshires Riverfront home. I'm obsessed with it.

My mouth dropped when I saw the stunning interior...

Do I really need to even say anything? Just look at it. I love how such a small space can look so big with the correct decor and planning. I do not know the square footage, but my guess would be under 900 square feet. Seems huge compared to the above house on wheels! View more beautiful photos of this home on Small House Swoon HERE. These two homes are both an inspiration to me. What is a small home? I think that answer is different for everyone really. I currently live in a 2,300 square foot home and probably only really use a 1,000 of it. The rest just holds stuff, basically for staging the house. I'm currently looking at homes that are anywhere from 500 - 800 square feet. This seems like the right amount for us and our pets. A lot of it depends on the layout as well. A bad layout can make or break a home.

What do you think about these two homes?
Is there any amount of space that you think you could actually live without in your home?
