Crock-Pot Ranch Mushrooms

I have a secret love for mushrooms. I love them on hamburgers and steaks and sometimes (okay alot of times) I like to eat just the mushrooms. A friend made these for dinner one night and I had to try them myself. Crock-Pot Ranch Mushrooms are easy to make and come out nice and tasty. I was concerned at first that they might end up too soft and not as solid as I prefer. After 4 hours in the crock-pot, the mushrooms were not only tasty, but just like I like them.

I used a premade dry ranch mix, but you can make your own easily. Add the following ingredients to a Food Processor and blend until all ingredients are mixed. Use 2 Tablespoons dry mix in place of One Premade Package.

  • 2 Cups Dry Parsley Flakes, minced
  • 1/2 Cup Minced Onion
  • 2 Tablespoons Dry Dill Weed
  • 1/4 Cup Onion Salt
  • 1/4 Cup Garlic Salt
  • 1/4 Cup Onion Powder
  • 1/4 Cup Garlic Powder
  • 15 Saltine Crackers

Another great recipe using the Dry Ranch Dressing Mix is Crock-Pot Ranch Crackers
