my sweater is a gradient

After I chopped off all my ombre hair, there’s been a certain…gradient-sized hole lingering in my life. In order to fill it, I made the conscious decision to acquire as many ombre-ed clothing items as possible in a obscenely short amount of time. It’s like a sick, twisted, and cliched game and I am only a little bit proud of it.

If you’re wondering, my *gradient* count is now up to like…5. And 3 of said gradient-situations are pants. The entire debacle is just so wrong and it actually fills me with a little bit of regret because it’s time like these when I am reminded that I’m actually so lame. But. #yolo.

Moving forward. My longtime photographer Amy (hi) named this the “decepticon sweater” because to the touch, it appears to be really soft. However, in actuality, is it really itchy. It also sheds like a blue-haired dog, which is cool in hindsight, but annoying in reality.
If you’re bored by these words, then please feel free to skip ahead. I’m really only typing for the sake of being able to type. I also found it really important to document it here so I could remember it forever and ever and also in the future etc.

Also, going back to the entire “able to type” comment, (sorry, I’m literally all over the place atm), for the past 7 months, my Macbook keyboard has been busted…aka, my “t,” “5,” and “-” were…unpressable. I realize this may not seem like a big deal, but consider the fact that in order to use any of these characters, I had to literally copy and paste them to type a coherent sentence. So if we’ve been in contact at all over the past 7 months, just know that it took a great deal of effort to say words to you.

I’m currently using an HP keyboard because my “shift” key stopped working over the weekend…and that’s like, the most important key on the keyboard. I’m all for like ~never giving up~ and stuff, but copying and pasting capital letters and punctuation etc was just a little too much for me to handle.
