The Perfect Fit: Daisy & Darccy

What I Wore: Dress – c/o Darccy, Daisy – c/o Beauty Base , Shoes – Zara

Taking a little break from my Parisian backdrop, I wanted to share an outfit that features the perfect fit of items, because sometimes- and it isn’t that often- things come together just right. This is exactly how I felt when, on the same day, I received this beautiful yellow dress (complete with superman-cape shoulders) and Marc Jacobs’ Daisy perfume. I couldn’t resist snapping them immediately!

Yellow isn’t usually a colour I wear much of, but summer always wins me over to it. And this dress was no exception; with its subtle two-tone design and a princess-swirl of a skirt it stood out to me amidst the vintage dresses and beautiful lace designs that Darccy has to offer. And, as if I needed any more persuading, I’m almost certain my lovely friend Liv has a similar dress, and has a knack for making dresses look so very demure and elegant- a look I’m attempting to emulate here! x
