Winter Wellness!

The time is here to start getting prepared if you haven’t already for winter season, and what comes along with it. We’ve been doing a lot around here to help support our immune systems like:

• Staying active
• Eating better
• Taking liquid Vitamin D drops daily
• Drinking NingXia Red
• Taking our Vitamins and Supplements (Specifically Young Living’s Inner Defense, ImmuPro, Super C Chewable, Life 5 Probiotic and Master Formula His and Hers)
• Applying Thieves Essential Oil Blend to our feet
• Applying Thieves Hand Purifier constantly when out and about
• And trying to get enough rest! Nothing is better for your body than rest. :)

And one of my favorite oils for Winter Season is this:

I apply Breathe Again on our our chests and necks and even a dab under the nose.

Remember, I have to be vague now instead of totally transparent like I have been in the past, with how I can tell you all what this oil does for us, so if you want to know more information please feel free to email me. But I can say, it is definitely a favorite oil of mine (and many others) and I will NEVER be without it. :) That should speak some volume right? ;)
