All good things must end

(Hier geht’s zur deutschen Version)

This little saying unfortunately is true although sometimes it is really sad. Our second dive at Marsa Abu Dabbab could have lasted sooo much longer as we were truly enjoyed every little piece of it.

After finally passing the area with all the sea grass and the turtles on it we were heading towards the north reef and what we first recognised there was great fun! Do you know the saying that the shoemaker’s son always goes barefoot? Well, seems like this is not always true! Just have a look at these three remora. A second ago they were busy cleaning the turtle shells and now they take care of their personal hygiene! Exemplary!

Besides, we think these are very beautiful creatures although you never know what is top and bottom!

After this funny encounter we just went on enjoying the beauty of that reef. Amazing, don’t you think?

And of course we were lucky to capture one or two more sea dwellers…

…until the battery of our camera died. Well, this was a big surprise. We only made around 260 pictures during two dives and that clearly isn’t too much, don’t you think!

Luckily there were a few good shots among those 260 – at least we hope so! And we also hope you have enjoyed the dives at Marsa Abu Dabbab as much as we have! And that’s it for now! We went back to the shore to let all those great impressions ease down!

But no worries, there is little more to tell about our trip to Marsa Alam!

And until then don’t forget: dive2bubble!
