Shot by Me | #ANTHOMisART

Styled up and snapped some architecturally cool looks from my favorite shop in the Chelsea neighborhood of NYC, ANTHOM. The bright and airy shop, full of minimalist pieces with a unique edge that you for sure won't find anywhere else, is what makes ANTHOM so standout. They focus on indie, up-and-coming designers, and their customers keep coming back for more after each visit! The shop is also quite new (it opened in the city just last September during fashion week), but already they have been creating so much buzz ever since.
It was such a pleasure putting this shoot together for their #ANTHOMisART project, which left me and my camera to interpret what it means to be ANTHOM in a creative way. The day we shot these images it was incredible cold out. But our gorgeous model for the day Tara Gallagher was such a trooper. I loved the contrast between the icy city streets and the summer glow of her hair. No matter what, we are always dreaming of spring in the wintertime. This shoot embodies both. Frigid with warm thoughts. Plus, Tara is a born and bred New Yorker, so shooting in front of the Empire Diner just pulled everything together.
