I used to be someone that says "I'm sorry" excessively, until one day a friend told me how ridiculous I sound when I apologized for no reason. I made a point from then on, to only say "sorry" when I really did something wrong and when I meant it. Nothing more. This is something I continue to work on, but I've come a long way from being someone who used to apologize simply for not feeling well (I'm sure some of you know what I'm talking about)!
This shirt (from Nordstrom) is a nice reminder to never apologize for who being who I am, and for being real.
