Finally! I’ve Found the Forbidden Lipstick!
FINALLY! I’ve finally found the NYX Copenhagen Soft Matte Lip Cream and I don’t know whether to scream for joy or smack someone. I’ve been to countless Ulta stores in multiple states hoping to casually find Copenhagen and Transylvania chilling in the ravaged NYX section with little luck. Total headache!
Either NYX doesn’t make nearly enough of these things or chicks need to stop acting like they’ve never had a vampy lip before. Copenhagen and Transylvania are ALWAYS sold out! In stores. Online at both Ulta and NYX. It ain’t easy tracking these babies down! But by golly Batman. I’ve done it!
Sure, I still haven’t found the mystical Transylvania but snagging the last Copenhagen has restored my faith a little. And enabled me to pick up a few other goodies including:
- NYX Butter Matte Lipstick
- NYX Morocco Soft Matte Lip Cream
- NYX Zurich Soft Matte Lip Cream
- NYX Monte Carlo Soft Matte Lip Cream
I’ve also been dying to get my hands on the Butter Matte lipstick for about a year now but my local Ulta doesn’t carry it I believe. Luckily, I was able to find it in Chicago (Oakwood Plaza I think) so I can see how it compares to my MAC Nude lipstick from the Rihanna collection. I’ve heard it’s a great dupe so I can’t wait to see how Butter measures up!
Since I loved the Pore Filler primer so much I decided to take a chance on the Shine Killer primer. My skin has been deathly dry lately so I probably won’t be using it on myself any time soon but I hope it’ll work well on my oily skin clients that need a little help keeping shine at bay.
