Since it’s almost time for the weekend, I present you with a helpful ‘how-to’ video for the perfect cat eye. I usually use most of the techniques depicted in the video, but I use Stila liquid liner (it’s amazing, I promise) and I don’t do the extra line by the tear duct.

When I first tried to do my own, I felt a little silly and a lot self conscious when I wore it out of the house for the first time. But after keeping with it for a day or two, I was totally in love with the extra oomph it gave me. It made my eyes a beautiful almond shape, and felt like it put a little extra glamor to my daily routine. If you haven’t tried one yet, I would totally recommend you give it a shot!
