Inside the black package is a black case with 10 Color Professional Concealer Camouflage Cosmetic Makeup Palette from Tmart.

Just like all new make-up cases, there’s a thin film covering the product for protection.

There’s no brush included in the case. The palettes available range from light color to dark. Generally, light colored concealer is suitable to cover up redness , acne, blemishes or scar, the medium color is perfect for dark shadows in the under-eye area and the dark color is suitable to be used as bronzer or contouring.

At the back of the package, the ingredients are listed for your knowledge.

• Kaolin- most make-up products especially powder-based listed this as one of the ingredients because it’s terrific at preventing powder based formulas from caking. It’s a pretty safe natural ingredient.
• Titanium Dioxide- Inert earth mineral used as a thickening, whitening, lubricating, and sunscreen ingredient in cosmetics. It protects skin from UVA and UVB radiation and is considered to have no risk of skin irritation (Source: Skin Therapy Letter, 1997, volume 2, number 5)
• Magnesium Stearate-This ingredient is a waxy substance that provides average coverage, consistency, texture, opacity, and high adhesion.

See the production date? It’s still fresh from the oven when it was sent to me last April 14. I received it a week later. Last Friday, April 25, was my 33rd birthday. My younger sister who’s my make-up artist since 2012 put this product into test for our photo shoot. Here’s my semi-bare face (I already put on a No Make-Up Face Blemish Balm ) before the application:

According to my sis, we’ll use the lighter color not only to cover dark spots and big pores on my face but also to highlight the T-area:

We chose the darker color , about two shades darker than my natural skin tone to create contour on my cheeks and nose bridge:

Do I look like a warrior painted for war, don’t I? LOL!

We used the triangular beauty blender sponge to blend the concealer all over my face. I love how the tip could be used to blend the concealer on very tight areas like the undereye circles and the creases between the nose. Afterwards, I applied loose powder and blended all over the face, fill in the brows, apply eye make-up- eye shadows, eyeliner and mascara, finish off the face with blush and finish the look by putting on lipstick.

Tadaaaaaaa….we’re done!

My lips is red now for the final look because I applied magic lip gloss that turns from clear to red after dabbing on the lips:) I’m satisfied with the overall result of the concealer. It covers what needs to be covered in natural way and result to luminous skin which helps even out my skin tone. My face has nice glowing effect on indoor photos. This concealer is perfect for professional salon, wedding, party and home use.
