50 Shades of Springs

New York’s arctic (the snowflake emoji’s been having a field day over at NYFW) and London’s grey from top to bottom, so what better time to look ahead and mentally compile a most-wanted list for warmer times.

It might be the season of 50 shades on the big screen, but I’m looking forward to an altogether lighter palette. I thought for a moment I’d managed to avoid black altogether but I slipped up with that killer swimsuit. But I think it’s allowed as it’s a) amazing and b) as far from winter as you can get. But itsy-bitsy swimwear aside, I plan on turning my back on noir come Spring and making blue denim, light khaki and warm nudes my go-tos for a while. Just as soon as the sunshine emoji starts making an appearance again I’ll be confining socks to the back of the drawer, fake-tanning my legs as fast as you can say St.Tropez and hopefully leaving the house in one or two of this lot.
