If I Could Ask You For Prayer

Every once in a while I ask for prayer for my spiritual family as well as my blood family and I am calling on you again this week to think of my friends the Blackburn family.

On Friday I found out that a lovely and sweet woman, Heather Blackburn-B, passed away suddenly. She was a dedicated follower of Christ and a wonderful mom of two and step-mom to three. A few years ago she was diagnosed with cancer and since then had fought long and hard and is a true heroine.

Visitation services will be held at her father's church, which we used to be in attendance that is how we are acquainted with the family, Wednesday from 4-8. Then from noon to 2pm on Thursday and followed by the funeral.

I am asking if you will remember this family in prayer this week and especially on those days. I know that the family will be very grateful for any thoughts and prayers you are willing to give.
