#ColorfulCountdown: Bye 2014 & Hello New Possibilities (aka 2015)

I am still overwhelmed by the fact that 2014 is officially over. Like, it just got here! It was all good just a week ago. I was just at the beach. I was kee kee-ing on the rooftops of NYC. I was OD’ing on episodes of Orange Is The New Black.

I could go on and on about how I’ll miss 2014. I’ve been racking my brain trying to figure out which moments were the best, only to realize that I’m just kinda happy to be here!

This year I did a lot of cool shit. I was on TV…twice! I started a digital agency with two of my best friends (stay tuned for some amazing stuff). I was featured in a bunch of publications and I managed to travel a few times in 2014. But the highlight of my year came this December. I decided to take a break.

Probably the longest break I’ve ever had. If you’ve noticed, posts on GIG have been a little light. Well, I decided to live. And hunty… I’ve had some of the best sleep of my life. I feel recharged and ready to start the new year as I’ve set more goals and I plan to have even more fun than I did.

So when I got an invite for COVERGIRL & Cosmopolitan’s NYE celebration in Times Square I figured it would be a great way to start my new year off…having fun! I’m kinda superstitious so I believe that what you do on New Year’s Eve (and who you spend it with) is how you’ll be spending the rest of the year. So in 2015, here’s to drinking lots of FREE cocktails, an overload of juicy kisses from my love and having fun with the people and brands I love and support!

I think that sounds like a pretty awesome start to the new year, yes?
