Good morning fellow geeks! As you may have noticed by now, there is a theme this week at TSN and that theme is The Walking Dead. It is my absolute favorite show on TV right now and I cannot wait for the season 4 premiere this coming Sunday.

So in honor of the season premiere being only 3 short days away, today I will share with you my top 3 favorite moments (1 from each season). Oh and if it wasn’t obvious and you haven’t been watching the show but want to, the following is full of spoilers…YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Season 1 – Finding out at the CDC exactly how one becomes a zombie

In one of Dr. Jenner’s saner moments in this episode, he explained how one becomes a zombie using recorded MRI footage of a volunteer (who happened to be his wife) that had been infected. It was a sad and scary moment all at the same time.

Season 2 – The first encounter with a “herd”

In the season 2 opener, the gang encounters their first “herd” of zombies after getting stuck because of a traffic jam on the road they were traveling on. When I first saw this moment, my mouth was literally hanging open the entire scene. It takes a lot to scare me and this scene did it to a tee.

Season 3 – Rick discovering the zombie that ate Lori

This might seem like an odd moment to be one of my favorites, but I hated Lori with a fiery passion. She was a shitty wife and mother and I was happy when she died during childbirth in the boiler room of the prison, but I was ELATED when rick later found the boiler room and discovered that a zombie had made a smorgasbord out of her.
