Okay, so Zooey Deschanel may be the star of New Girl and owner of the most famous bangs since, well, ever, but this week we’re bucking the Zooey-worshipping trend and directing our Tress Obsessed attention to the lovely locks of her New Girl BFF: Hannah Simone’s hair.

Oh-so long, oh-so lustrous and featuring some amazingly thick bangs to rival even Ms Deschanel’s ubiquitous fringe, Hannah Simone’s hair always looks absolutely flawless, no matter how she chooses to style it. We particularly adore Hannah Simone’s hair when it’s gathered up into a fringe-showcasing updo, such as the retro chic tousled beehive she wore to the 2014 Screen Actors Guild Awards, or the effortlessly elegant bun she sported at the Fox All-Star Party last summer. Plus, Hannah can also rock a high ponytail like no other. But it’s not only classic updos that the Canadian starlet has tied up (see what we did there?) - Hannah Simone’s hair also carries off loose, down-done hairstyles with finesse, too. Whether styled into relaxed, beachy waves (our particular favourite) or worn sleek and straight, Hannah Simone’s hair always looks so thick and touchable, it’s practically a work of art. And did we mention that Hannah Simone’s hair has one of the biggest, shimmeriest, most downright angelic shine halos we’ve ever seen, too? It’s so mesmerising, it’s got us reaching for the Tigi Bed Head Headrush in an attempt to liven up our lacklustre locks!

Although Hannah Simone’s hair never strays far from its signature rich chocolate hue, Hannah has been known to update her look for the summer by adding a few complexion-flattering highlights. Well, as the saying goes, it it isn’t broke, don’t fix it! We simply can’t imagine Hannah Simone’s hair rocking any other shade - and, of course, we wouldn’t want it any other way!
