SWATCH SUNDAY: Urban Decay Naked lipglosses!
It was a lovely surprise when these lipglosses arrived in the mail! Check out that slick packaging!
Part of Urban Decay’s Naked collection; these ultra nourishing lipglosses come in nine natural shades from pale pinks to neutral nudes.
The packaging is stunning; a beautiful warm champagne hue with cut out lettering that allows you to see the shade inside. Really smart & sophisticated.
At first glance I thought they were going to be like Chubby Sticks but they actually have doe foot applicators:
Now as you know I am a HUGE lipstick lover; always preferring it over lipglosses which is mostly due to the fact that I don’t really like the texture of lipgloss. It’s often super sticky & gooey & I don’t like the feeling of it on my lips…
That being said the Urban Decay lipglosses are fab!

The formula is light & smooth without that tacky feeling so you don’t feel like you’ve smeared glue on your lips…I like
I also love that they feel incredibly moisturising on the lips.
Urban Decay describe them as:

They are indeed very luxurious & I like the subtle mint flavour too.

One thing I would have liked is for the colour payoff to be a bit richer but then thats the lipstick lover in me speaking. As far as a good lipgloss goes; these are fabulous & perfect for pairing with a good ol smokey eye.
