Merry Christmas from the Thomsons!

I hope you all had a wonderful holiday with friends and family! Alex and I spent the day with my parents, my brother and sister in law, and our two adorable nephews!

Alex knocked it out of the park with presents. He got us tickets to go see Ingrid Michaelson and a vegetarian cooking class from Mise En Place.

He also got me lots of warm clothes for Minnesota, a Richmond cookbook and a cheese making kit, that I can’t wait to try! I’m not sure I was that good this year… but I’m not complaining Honestly, the best part of Christmas was watching my 18 month old nephew open presents. I’ve never seen anyone so excited about socks.

Of course, this little guy was looking pretty adorable, too.

So much cuteness in one little baby.

My family is headed to our place this afternoon, and I’m making this shepherd’s pie and some brownies so I’ve been putting my kitchen to good use.
