Help the Oppressed (& An Outfit Post)

Blouse – Stitch Fix | Jeans – Target | Boots – Doc Martens

Oppression rages on. I think about it all the time and it drives me wild with sadness and anger and compassion. When will you rescue them all, God? When will this end? Help them. I cry and cry and realize that He does hear. He is saving people. I am continually thankful for the little things despite the pain, the wars, poverty, the slavery, the horrible things that go on in our world. We must not live by ignoring it. We must work towards freedom. We must continually pray for those who suffer. I have an incredibly hard time every year during the holiday season because I see so much selfishness around me. It makes me angry how little we need stuff and how much we need to help others. I want to encourage you to please check out Gospel For Asia’s gift catalog. You can help people who are living in poverty by buying things like chickens and goats, buy sewing machines or blankets or outdoor toilets, help widows and children who have become abandoned, buy clothing, bicycles, and much more.
