As my team and I reflect on the homes we have sold so far this year, I thought it would be fun to show you photos of some of my favorites...

This listing was brought to us by the ever so fabulous Jenica Williamson. Situated in the heart of Bluffview, on Watauga, this home had one of the most well manicured lawns I've seen on the market in a long time. Aparently, I was not the only person who fell in love with the house, Jenica did a great job of managing multiple offers and selling it to a family who will love and care for it.

As of now, this house on Hunters Glen in University Park has been the most expensive sale in Dallas this year. We had the great pleasure of representing the buyer in this transaction. An older home, completely renovated and redone to bring it up to very high standards by its seller, is surely one of the most chic estates in the city.

Anyone who frequents Highland Park has surely driven by this home on Armstrong a thousand times. It has changed hands a couple of times in the past few years and every time it has become available, I've fallen in love with it again. I was so excited when, my real estate partner, Alex Perry, brought its buyer.

I loved this home in Preston Hollow built by Bob Thompson Custom Homes. It's Tuscan style and Santa Barbara Architecture made for a light, airy, and inviting combination.
