Countdown to Christmas!!!!!!!

We are in full swing with our Countdown to Christmas!
In the last week we have . . . . . .
Had pancakes and Chocolate milk, which was a hit this year!

Chose a gift to give to the Salvation Army (I did an angel with friends from work, but that is too involved for Avery at this point, so we just did 1 toy with her). She did well and had fun picking it out. She struggled to give it up just a bit, but that is to be expected with a 2 year old!

We went to a lights show. This is set up in a cave so you can go during the day and they play music and it is 17 miles of lights! Avery loved it. She sat in my lap and looked out the window and pointed at things and had a great time! Grandma, Papa, Uncle Toots and I went!

I went to a website and created a personalized video from Santa to Avery. This thing is amazing and it shows her pictures, talks about where she is from, Santa says he got her letter asking for a doll, and he talks about her age and what she should try to do in the following year (all things you chose while personalizing the video). And finally we went to our friends house for a Christmas party! We made white chocolate snowmen, dressed up gingerbread people, decorated Christmas trees and had a great dinner and hung out!
