Transition Your Style Into Spring With #ZapposStyle

This month Zappos style asked: how do you transition your style into Spring? My answer: With the weather conditions being anything but Springy, I’m transitioning my style into Spring slowly but surely.

I can wait till Spring actually arrives- for real. They’re are so many amazing pieces on Zappos to help transition your style into Spring. To make the transition nice and easy in this less than Spring-like weather I’m going for lighter layers. Pieces that offer a little warmth but without all the bulk of those winter pieces we’re desperately trying to transition out of.

Case in point this oh so chic sweater. It’s so light and soft. On the rare occasion the sun does embrace us with its presence the rays bounce off the metallic finish, highlighting it in all its glory. I’ve only had this piece for about 2 weeks and already it’s become my little security blanket. It’s so cozy but chic and makes even the most basic outfit look stylish. I love it. It’s great on those days when it’s really nice out but also works well on those not so nice days- under a leather jacket.

Another thing I’m looking forward to as I transition my style in Spring is baring a little more skin. It’s the perfect time to explore my new found interest in black ripped jeans distressed denim. And you already know if there is no snow, my tootsies are likely to show. I know it’s not quite sandal season yet but I can’t stand to wear tights and socks if I don’t have to. DEATH TO TIGHTS.

I can’t wait till the days get just a wee bit warmer so I can show you what else I got from Zappos to help transition my style into Spring. They’re pretty hot.
