Returning to Blog World

Blogging has taken a back seat since I've gotten home from Spain. I just haven't felt the desire or need to blog. Partly because this transition has been different than I expected and in general needed to adjust to California life. Partly because I want to be all here, mentally and physically, with my time at home with my family. Partly because my friends and family know what I'm up to and don't need a blog post to know that I'm alive and where I'm traveling to. And partly because blog posts about the day-to-day life of a sister-mom is quite repetitive.
I've always wanted blogging to be an enjoyable hobby that I look forward to. As we all know, sometimes it starts to feel more like work and a little bit draining. It's those times I step back, take a break and re-evaluate. Though this blogging break was longer than most, I'm feeling rejuvenated and excited about jumping back into the blog world that I have honestly missed being a part of. Bare with me as I remember how to be a blogger ;)
