Belle Beauty | Procter & Gamble's Summerlist Review

In the beginning of the summer I got this fabulous package delivered to my home! Although I must admit that the box itself already started to tickle my fancy, what was inside was better than I would have ever guessed! Procter & Gamble was so kind to send me this absolutely fantastic fresh blue Samsonite suitcase filled with all kinds of their products. They called it their ‘Summer Checklist’, so it entailed everything, they thought I needed to get through the summer! And so I reviewed and tested the lot elaborately throughout these last couple of months and today I’m happy to share my experiences with you guys.

1. Samsonite, Suitcase; Ohhhh boy Oh boy, the colour makes me so happy every time I see it and in addition I already used it during my holiday to France! It doesn’t have an enlargement zipper, but to be honest I always pack to much stuff anyway so it’s kind of perfect for me! It’s a lightweight and it has some very handy compartments.

2. Braun, Silk Epil 7 - Skin Spa Beauty Edition; This amazing kit included a Wet & Dry Epilator, a Cleansing Brush for the Face and a Body Exfoliating Brush. The Wet & Dry Epilator is the most perfect epilator I came across till now! It’s very efficient and it doesn’t take for ever to cleanly epilate your legs. This is mainly caused by the amount of tweezers and thanks to the flexible head, the epilator is kept in the perfect angle at all times. Moreover it doesn’t have a cord so you can take it everywhere and because it was made waterproof, this means you can also use the Silk Epil 7 in the shower. Furthermore the two brushes for both your face and your body are heaven to me. Especially the one for the body is incredible. It’s the perfect exfoliating brush, which made my skin soft, tight and non-cellulite alike during the summer!

3. Head & Shoulders, Anti- Dandruff Shampoo – Conditioner – Treatment for extra thick Hair; As most of you might know I have very long curly brown hair. My hairdresser always tells me that I have reasonably thick hair, but that I mostly have a lot of hair, which makes my coupe appear larger. So the treatment for extra thick hair is not something which I would usually buy. However I must admit that I feel like my hair gets a bit thinner during the summer, because I tend to wear it more down instead of having it in a bun and so I was happy to test this product. After having used it for a couple of times I feel like my hair indeed looks thicker and it’s easy in its use while you only have to apply a couple of sprays and that’s it! Just leave it in to dry and you’re done! Because I wear my hair more down during the summer, it gets greasier more quickly and while I have a very dry skin type, it sometimes happens I have to deal with dandruff. So the shampoo came in handy as well! It works pretty oke, although I must say that it sometimes make my hairs feel quite dry. I don’t often use conditioner as to masks, because it makes my curls flat and I love my curls so why on earth would I do that :)!? The same thing occurred when I used the Head & Shoulders conditioner, but of course there are always people whom do want that effect, so I feel like it’s up to yourself to decide

4. Pantene Expert, Age Defy; This hair mask indeed worked perfect for my curls. It made my hair very shiny during the summer and I applied it every time I came back from the beach, while the salty sea water always makes my hairs very dry. So in short it gave my coupe the perfect boost!

5. Oral-B, Pro Expert Multi-Protection; I find it difficult to write a review about toothpaste, since you can barely ever see visible changes. Although this tube claims to include many advances like; protection of your gums and tooth, teeth whitening & fresh breath.

6. Duracell, Plus Power Batteries; They came in handy when the batteries of my tv remote control went low.

7. Finally there was an electric tooth brush head, but I still brush manually and moreover there were some Tampax & Always packages included as well, but to write about those things is not my style, because frankly I find it to personal, so if you want to know more about them, I suggest you buy them yourself ;)!
