Show and Tell: Why I Need New Bookshelves

Show and Tell is a feature I have here on Laura Plus Books where I show you something and then I tell you about it! Pretty self-explanatory really.

A few months ago, I created a this feature but I’ve only ever gotten around to doing 2 posts. Today, I’m finally back with another one! Today, I’ll be showing you exactly why I need to get myself some new bookshelves. Although, I feel like this post is showing you how lazy I am more than anything else. Just thinking about having to make my way to the store, coming all the way back and then putting them together?!

Brace yourself because I have stacks of books lying around all over the place. I honestly do feel bad about so many of my babies being homeless but I’ll get them some new homes soon. Or maybe I’ll just wait until my mum gets annoyed at the unorganised books and then she’ll just have to go and buy them for me. Haha no, just kidding, I’ll make sure to buy some new bookshelves before my mum gets mad.

Case #1: Beside Table

But this is what bedside tables were made for right?

Case #2: My Vanity

It’s not like they’re getting in the way of me getting ready in the morning.

Case #3: Above Bookshelf

This is a totally valid place to keep my books.

I know some people double up the books on the shelves but I can’t justify hiding my books behind other books. I’d rather have them all lying around LOL! Nonetheless, stay tuned for new bookshelves. Coming (hopefully) before 2016.
