Choices

Life slaps us with a handful of choices, and sometimes it brings us is into a labyrinth that strongly tears us apart. Labyrinth is the place I hate to find myself in for either way seems to lead me into a dead end. It's the feeling of helplessness and anxiety at the same time, the clock that suddenly ticks so loud, and nerve-wracking mystery that lies therein to be blamed. This labyrinth is found deep within our minds in particular circumstances of puzzlement. A choice can change us and it knows no second chance, hence we must collect all the logical reasons and practical grounds in picking out a choice.
On the other hand, as ironic as it may seem, life can also be incapable to give out a chance to choose. Sometimes, we need not to choose anymore for we are not given an another choice in the first place. Even if our hearts say otherwise, the only thing that we are left to do is to learn to accept everything for perhaps it could bring us a better upshot.
However, in this post, I will share how I had such a big range of choices when my sister graduated with highest honors last September 28!
We dined out at Choices, an international buffet in Oryx Rotana, as our post-ceremony celebration. At Choices, every Saturday night is a Sushi and Sashimi night, and I would say that Saturday was a great timing for the graduation ceremony because it complemented our undying love for Japanese cuisine!

I don't know if it's the trend but I really have a thing for chiffon nowadays. It's the elegance, versatility and at the same time the comfort - not to mention in a place with 50*C as the highest temperature recorded of all time - that it brings. This color matches my love for pastels and does a good job in complementing my warm Asian skin.
