3 FOODS TO AVOID THIS HOLIDAY SEASON

In order to look hot in our cocktail dress at our holiday parties, us ladies need to maintain our flat tummies. Stay fit and fabulous during this holiday season by avoiding these three foods.


Cheese. Ugh, we know! This is a hard one. But cheese is infamous for causing bloating and indigestion because of it’s gooey, milt texture, which can cause it to clog up your intestines during your body’s digestive process.


Bread. This is kind of an obvious one, but we had to mention it. More like drill it into your head. Unless the bread is whole grain (READ: not whole WHEAT), in which case it will have a gritty, drier texture, stay away! Think about it, most bread has yeast in it. And what does yeast do? It makes the bread inflate…and that’s exactly what it’ll do to your midsection.


Salt. There are so many alternative options to salt that will give your meal that bold burst of flavor, such as garlic powder, onion powder, etc.
