Collection Is Having A Field Day: Introducing Their New Spring Makeup (PLUS WIN 1 OF 10 SETS!)

The best thing about turning a corner into a new season is the abundance of colour that provides a relief from the dark nails, berry lips and smokey eyes that we've all been sporting. I love a power lip as much as the next girl, but there's something about Spring makeup that makes me go all giggly and excited. This March sees the launch of Collection's 'Field Day' selection of products that will definitely put a spring in your step after a dark and dreary few months. Pucker up for a pretty spring pout with these easy to apply lipsticks that are available in three pink shades: the matte Pink Rose and Tulip (which are the first ever Collection matte lipsticks!) as well as the glossy Fuchsia. Choose to either apply one coat for a subtle sheen, or layer up to build colour intensity - the soft formulas are comfortable to wear and provide a fabulous colour result that provides a perfect spring pout. Matte lips are so on-trend for the forthcoming season, so these provide a little introduction while still ensuring a wearable tone that won't see you quivering at the thought.

The three new polishes (Heather, Peach Blossom and Peony) provide a great spectrum of colour for a new season, while not overdoing the pastel. I love a peachy tone and this is just the right side of wearable pre-June, while the deep purple is a great shade to bridge the gap from the dark shades of winter; it's a great 'greige' alternative while still matching your pastel clothes that have inevitably come out of the closet! The formulas are easy to apply and provide a fab streak-free and glossy finish in only two coats; considering these are a steal at £1.99, there's no reason why you can't pop all three in your basket.

Eyeshadow crayons are big news in beauty right now, so I'm incredibly happy to see Collection investing in the trend with springtime shades. Available in two colours (a light green called Summer Meadow and yellow-gold called Golden Sun,) these can be used all over the lid or as a highlighter in the corners of the eye for a defined look. They blend brilliantly and provide just a touch of shimmer; they're fab to play around with and use to highlight areas of the eye if you're not confident in going for a full-on green lid!
