Seven Seas Perfect7 Woman: Daily Supplements For Improved Wellbeing?

As we all start to recover from a period of over-indulgence, the winter blues and biting chilly winds, it becomes even more important to look after ourselves - both on the inside and out. Seven Seas have developed Perfect7 Woman to help women look and feel great from the inside out; targeting seven different concern areas, these supplements are designed to provide nutrients that help maintain normal skin and nails, marine oils to help maintain normal heart and brain function, as well as a blend of vitamins and minerals to help contribute to reducing tiredness and fatigue. I've been putting them to the test for around two months (read my intro post here,) taking the supplement duo daily as part of an ongoing healthy routine (juicing and swimming has become my addiction) to see if they could make a different to my overall wellbeing while targeting specific concern areas. So, have they started to make a difference already?

Firstly, I have to document the fact I love the ease of use of this supplement regime. Unlike previous attempts to inject a bit of goodness into my body that involved eight different pots of pills, the Seven Seas Perfect7 Woman routine contains only two tablets which include all the goodness you need. Each pack comes with a thirty day supply of each, making it incredibly easy to integrate the supplements into your day - even when you're half asleep battling around the kitchen. Because they're packed in plastic strips and not bottles, they're also really easy to pack into your bag if you're going away for a weekend; this has been the downfall of me many a time, when I can't fit an array of pots in my suitcase or fear I'll be stopped at the airport for smuggling excess Vitamin D. The strips made it super easy to chuck these in my case over Christmas when we were traveling around between families, allowing me to continually reap the benefits.

After two months of taking these daily (apart from a couple of days when I was in too much of a rush to brush my hair, let alone run to the kitchen and take pills!) I've noticed an improvement already. My nails haven't been in such good condition for months, growing quicker than I think I've ever noticed and horrendous flaking at the tips reducing to almost nothing; I used to suffer really badly with flaking and brittle nails, but these supplements (combined with a break in daily polish) really seem to have helped. My nails are longer, stronger, smoother and look so much better under a coat of polish. Similarly, my barnet has definitely started to look and feel stronger over the last couple of months, with a reduced amount of hair coming away with the Tangle Teezer every time I use it; I used to malt like a fluffy cat and lose hair extensions like there was no tomorrow, but since taking Perfect7 Woman I haven't lost a single extension and the baby hair around my face seems to have grown longer rather than breaking off. I'm still using my beloved straighteners and heated appliances, but the damage seems to have been controlled rather than exasperated.

In terms of my energy levels, December was the business month on record for me - while January hasn't been much quieter. Although I'm tired and slip into bed with ease at the end of the day, I've found my need for mid-afternoon naps disparate and that I can get to 4pm without scoffing my face with chocolate. I'm by no means bouncing off the walls, but I definitely feel I can get stuff done and continue to work into the evenings rather than stumbling to the sofa with a box-set of Game of Thrones. I'm sure slight lifestyle changes have also helped inject a little energy too (a little daily exercise, huge amounts of fruit and veg, going to bed at a reasonable time and investing in a Lumie bed light) but I feel like my supplements have provided a helping hand. I no longer find myself getting to a Friday night and wanting to curl into a small ball - which used to be a usual occurrence.

Overall, I've definitely noticed a difference in a few areas over the last few months. Although I'm sure the Seven Seas Perfect7 Woman supplements aren't the only thing helping, but they've definitely given my body a boost during a period I would normally find myself falling apart. I love the convenience, the minimal faff, the fact the tablets don't taste of cardboard and the fact I can continue to take them without worrying I'm going to rattle. If I've seen such a great change in only a couple of months, I can't wait to see how much I can benefit from them in the following period as we move into summer. Unfortunately I haven't developed x-ray vision or the brain of Sherlock Holmes, but I do feel much more like myself and prepared for the months ahead.

Will you be giving the Seven Seas Perfect7 Woman supplements a whirl?
