Christmas is traditionally a time for fun, frolics and family and for those of us lucky enough to have families it is a wonderful time of year. Sadly not everyone is lucky enough to be surrounded by love and family and Christmas can be a very difficult time. Statistically there are more suicides over the Christmas holiday that at any other time of year.
If anyone reading this blog is feeling depressed, alone or you know someone that feels this way, then please find below a list of numbers from various organisations that are available all over the festive period to offer help and support.
