There is a New Yorker in all of us!

I’m certainly not the one who’s going to deny that!

Today I’m introducing you to the best burger joint in Brussels, and it’s opening TO-DAY!

It’s a very nice place, very american (how could I not fall for it), they make delicious juicy burgers, the staff is adorable, they have an home made ice tea, and even a dark and stormy cocktail! Let me tell you, I don’t need anything else to make this one of my new headquarters in the city.

I had the opportunity to try it yesterday, and I found it super super yummy. Even the fries are delicious (sometimes, burger restaurant forget to pay attention to the fries, when actually oh-so important!)

- ROCKFELLER BURGER: Crispy Bacon, Smoky BBQ sauce
- GATSBY BURGER: Seasonal mushrooms, truffle glaze
- SOHO SALMON BURGER: Salmon, salsa verde
- TRIBECA CHICKEN BURGER: Chicken, guacamole
- BROOKLYN VEGGIE BURGER: patty veggie, basil emulsion
