Dali Up Close - an evening at the WAG

I really cut this one close. The Dali Up Close exhibit has been on since September at the Winnipeg Art Gallery, but I've tried and failed many times to see it. Finally, this Friday my brother and I caught dinner and spent the evening checking out the galleries. It was such a treat to see such famous Salvador Dali works as "Madonna of Port Lligat" and "The Agony of Love" in person and the portrait series by Philippe Halsman was flawless!

This exhibit is on until February 22, so if you're in Winnipeg this month, don't miss it! The WAG is a must see on any visit to the city.
