I'm taking some time over the next few weeks to get some outfit posts on my blog as I feel so guilty for completely abandoning my blogging lately. It's ridiculously difficult to juggle blogging and a fashion degree as I'm sure many other fashion students can agree with! I've also spent the majority of my time just working inside my flat so haven't actually been getting dressed up or going out much. I officially finish my course at the end of May so you can expect lots more posts towards that time.
I bought this Topshop white jacket over a year ago when I was living/ working in London and I barely got much wear out of it. The tubes and buses were always so rammed I was scared of getting it marked then completely forgot I had it until I found it in my wardrobe the other day. It has a very straight fit and almost reminds me of a sort of lab style jacket, but nevertheless I think it's the perfect white jacket for Spring as it's lightweight and tends to go with pretty much anything. I've worn it with this Asos layered t-shirt which I bought a couple of months ago. I love the contrast between the ribbed neckline and the sheer fabric, it's a great mix between smart and casual with a simplistic sporty touch.
I've finally got round to doing my nails after giving them a rest during my holiday last week. I've chosen this plum shade by Sally Hansen which is definitely one of my favourite nail brands at the moment. I love the range of colours on offer (especially the vast shades of nudes!) and find the polish really stays on my nails well. I've opted for this rounder shape at the moment as I'm getting fed up of having square nails all the time. I tend to use the Kiss false nails which are available from Boots for around £6 as these are the best ones I've been able to source and have the strongest glue. What are your favourite falsies?
