My Go-To Everyday Makeup | The Classic Look

I love wearing makeup because it makes me feel good about myself. I love when I look in the mirror and I see the red lips, the winged liner, and the full lashes. Yet, while I do love makeup, and I talk about beauty a lot on my YouTube channel, I can't always be bothered to spend ages on my makeup regime, so today I thought I'd share my go-to everyday makeup. It's super simple, super quick, and it looks super good (in my opinion).

If you've ever seen any blog post where there's a picture of my face, these are the products I most likely used (or a variation).

I do use face creams, but lately I've really enjoyed the Josie Maran 100% Argan Oil Light instead. It's super moisturizing and looks great on dry/dehydrated skin. I don't wear foundation because I think it's unnecessary for my face, so instead I use the Tarte Maracuja Creaseless Concealer on my spots and the Bobbi Brown Corrector in Porcelain under my eyes. I've been using the Urban Decay Primer Potion for ages now and it does the job in making sure my eyeshadow stays on.

Next come my eyebrows. I use #349 by Inglot and find they are the perfect match. I skip powder on most days and just use my Bare Minerals Bronzer in The Skinny Dip to set my makeup. I essentially use it as a powder instead of doing all the contouring most people do.

For my eyes I usually put on Woodwinked by MAC, followed by the two lightest shades in the Physicians Formula Natural Nudes Palette in my inner eye corner and on my brow bone.

I can't live without mascara because I feel like my whole face transforms when I'm wearing mascara. I actually have quite a few that I'm trying to finish right now, but I really like this one by Lancome. Similarly, my winged liner is basically a makeup esssential, so I use the Kat Von D Tattoo Liner.

Lastly, I love a good red lip, and I constantly alternate which lip colour I'm using because I have so many reds, but this one is by Tarte (LipSurgence Matte Lip Tint in Fiery) is my new favourite! It's a matte balm but it's not too drying and lasts quite a long time.

Obviously these products are used to give me a basic makeup look, but it's an easy process for every day and makes me feel refreshed in the morning.
