“Nature as art” is the concept behind Italian artist and scientist
Andreco‘s recent work, and it’s what immediately draws me in. As someone with a passion for both art
and science, I love the way he uses nature to teach about and further his work on environmental sustainability. Art has the power to transcend the visual space and have a lasting effect on society, and his pieces do just that. Last fall, he caught my eye with his exhibit “From Clouds to Rocks”, which followed natural phases of solid, liquid and gas in a series of graphic drawings. Andreco’s work is displayed across various media from original sketches to large scale installations and even performance art. Check out his latest work featured in the March edition of
