I love a good lipstick, but there's only so many different shades of red and pink I can justify buying! That's why I love it when brands come out with something a little more unusual, like a green lipstick. Did I mention these are just £1* each too! I'll be honest with you, these are PR samples, but if you saw from my previous post (a giveaway of these lipsticks!), I had actually purchased them as well. The love is true! Today isn't a review as such, more of a meet and greet. But let me know if you'd like to hear more on the formula in future :) // var _gaq = _gaq || (); _gaq.push(('_setAccount', 'UA-37824282-1')); _gaq.push(('_trackPageview')); (function() { var ga = document.createElement('script'); ga.type = 'text/javascript'; ga.async = true; ga.src = ('https:' == document.location.protocol ? 'https://ssl' : 'http://www') '.google-analytics.com/ga.js'; var s = document.getElementsByTagName('script')(0); s.parentNode.insertBefore(ga, s); })(); //

The Basics The Atomic Collection* consists of 5 different shades of lipstick a red, a green, a vampy shade and two purple colours. The packaging is okay, although the lids aren't as secure as I'd like. I don't believe that these are limited edition, but I could be wrong, so you may want to snap these up sooner rather than later - or enter my Giveaway... These are priced at £1 each and available from the MakeUp Revolution Website.
Make Me Magnificent* - A shimmery frosty light purple shade, perfect for adding some brightness into the centre of the lips
Make It Right* - A medium, bright purple with a a slight blue tone and slight shimmer to it it, gorgeous
Serpent* - It's green! A darker, shimmery forest green. I love it!
Ruby* - A very bright, lighter red shade, ever so slightly orange tones in real life, this doesn't really show up on camera though!
Make Me Tonight* - This is also a rather unusual shade. it's a browny red vampy shade, no shimmer, but a slight gloss.
