Review • DKNY Be Delicious Skin • Fresh Blossom

I absolutely love the DKNY Be Delicious fragrances (it’s been part of my favourite spring perfumes and to be honest, who doesn’t??? I’m yet to find a person who doesn’t love the adorable apple-shape bottles with their refreshing and girly scents.

They’re now extending the Be Delicious collection with something they pet-name ‘Fragrance with Benefits‘, which is to be frank not the greatest nickname for these additions, but ah well.

This new sub-range is officially called “Be Delicious Skin” and consists of the original Be Delicious and the Be Delicious Fresh Blossom scents, but this time they don’t come in their typical apple bottles, but more in elongated elegant flatter shape that is meant to fit perfectly into your palm.

And the product itself is infused with skin-enhancing, moisturising ingredients aloe barbadensis leaf and mulberry leaf extracts. Dispensed more like a fine mist too just like a body mist kind of thing.

The Be Delicious Skin Fresh Blossom EdT * absolutely feels beautiful on the skin, very refreshing and of course smelling beautiful just like the Fresh Blossom perfume. Absolutely divine!

However it doesn’t last as long as the perfume version – being an EdT sort of explains that. So I think for £39 for 50ml or £54 for 100ml (exclusive to Boots by the way in store and online!) is a tad hefty – especially since they recommend applying it twice daily!

Overall I think though that it’s a good move by DKNY and I’m curious to see what’s going to happen, whether the Be Delicious Skin range will be successful and if it is, which other fragrances they will turn into these babies too!
