Brancott Estate Flight Song | My New Favorite

I am wiling to bet half of the people reading this probably made a resolution at the beginning of this year to make an attempt at living a healthier life. Maybe that is walking more, getting extra sleep and even cutting calories. That is pretty much my goals all year round, but there is something about the turning of a new year that makes you really want to try a little harder since you have a clean start. I think everyone likes to start out going pretty hard at it but in reality we should ease into a healthier lifestyle and not forget to enjoy ourselves in the process.
I for one LOVE a glass of wine with dinner or while spending time with friends. Brancott Estate Flight Song Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Grigio wines are 20% lower in calories than regular wines. I love that I can enjoy the taste and quality of a good white wine without feeling extremely guilty that I am breaking a resolution.
A little tid bit of information for you, Brancott Estate was the first to plant and create the world’s first Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc wine — a style that has changed the course of our country’s wine industry! The fact that they have been around long enough to claim a statement like that is amazing considering how long we have been making wine in the US.
I had the Pinot Grigio while hanging out with my BFF and we both agreed that we could really taste the fruitiness. She actually made a comment that she really loved it, which shocked me because she doesn’t usually like my choice in wine! WIN! The description of the flavor is: Floral notes with apple and Nashi pear, complimented by white peach and guava flavors that combine on the palate. My husband and I enjoyed the Sauvignon Blanc while we ate some of my homemade lasagna. I must say that I think this one is my favorite.
Brancott Estate Flight Song wines are just so yummy. I am planning on getting another few bottles and don’t be surprised when you see a recipe pop up here for a White Wine Sangria!
