So, growing up Disney’s Cinderella was one of my favorite movies. I have taken bits and pieces of the movie and applied it to my real life. One thing being “Not everything is as it seems” and the other is that I named my favorite pet ever after the fat rat, Gus. I always loved the animation in the movie and everything was just so magical. Because. Magic. The recently released MAC Cinderella collection is all I wanted it to be. The packaging is BEYOND gorgeous and the shades are all ones I would wear daily. Some may find neutrals to be boring, I see a gorgeous smokey eye or pin up look.

The Stroke of Midnight Eyeshadow X 6 palette is full of a bunch of permanent shades that I happen to not own because I just never picked them up or I hit pan. There is one shade, in which the palette is named after, that is limited edition. The shades are as follows: Vapour (V), Phloof (F), Omega (M), Quarry (M), Satin Taupe (F), Stoke of Midnight (V).

I am so in love with this palette. It is so neutral and you can do so much with it. There is a nice variety of mattes and satins and shimmers. There variation in light and dark shades is perfect. Well done.

The Coupe D’Chic Irridecent Powder/Pressed is love hate for me. I LOVE the packaging. Like woah. I love anything that is blue and has a pearlescent pink shimmer. The powder itself is just sort of boring for me. I would have loved to see more of that peachy pink shade in the powder itself. All I get is the gold shimmer. Don’t get me wrong, it is pretty but I wanted just a little more of the pink in it.

The Happily Ever After Lip Glass is everything. Exactly what I pictured in my head is what it is. The blue shimmers in the nude-pink lip gloss is perfection. Yes, it is a sticky lip gloss but that is what ensures that it stays on your lips longer than 5 minutes.

Here are the swatches: Left to Right. Happily Ever After Lip Glass, Coupe D’Chic Irridecent Powder, Vapor, Phloof, Omega, Quarry, Satin Taupe, Stroke of Midnight.

Overall I am completely happy with the items I picked up from MAC Cinderella. They are positively stunning and I couldn’t have asked for more. Completely obsessed! You can find it on the maccosmetics.com or in stores today!
