My Summer of Transformation is coming to a close and, to re-cap, I've made several personal and professional changes. A few highlights: I accepted a golden opportunity to develop new skills in my art career. I tweaked my appearance with a liberating new haircut, freedom from bleach and color. Started running. Tried Kundalini. Meditated at a Buddhist temple. Ramped up my health and wellness regime including a major chiropractic overhaul. Spend quality time with family.
Next on the agenda: Autumn Renewal. Watch this space for more.
